The Restore function lets you recover any of your files and settings that have been backed up earlier.  The most recent backup location will be used each time you open the Restore screen until you select a different location.  You can choose any or all of the backed up sections.   If an option is disabled (grayed out) then that particular sections does not exist in the backup location.
