Moving and Sizing Columns - all visible columns can be moved and sized.
To size a column: Position the cursor on the line between the headers so the cursor changes to the horizontal resize cursor 
. Then click and drag the line until the column is the desired width.
To move a column click and drag the column header to the desired position.
