The Records, Reports and Labels grids allow selecting one or more records. Below is an explanation of how to select multiple items in a grid.
Selecting a single record - click on a grid item. Any other selected items will be unselected.
Selecting multiple records
oTo select a single additional record, hold the CTRL key while clicking on a single record - any other selected items will remain selected.
oTo select a range of records - select the first record then hold the SHIFT key while clicking on the end record will select all the items between that record and the first record.
oTo select a second range of records - hold the CTRL key to select the first record in the second range then hold the SHIFT and CTRL key while clicking on the end record will select all the items between that record and the first record. This can be repeated for additional ranges.

oClick on the Select All menu option under the Select menu
oPress the CTRL key and the "A" key at the same time
