Sorting the Grid (Applies to all grids)

 

To sort the grid click on the header of the column you want to sort by.  A small arrow will appear in the column header.  The first time you sort on a column the order will be ascending.  Clicking on the sorted header a second time will reverse the order.  You can sort on a second column by holding the shift key and then clicking on the second column header.  Holding the <CTRL> key and clicking on the columns header will remove that column from sorting.

 

   

Ascending - Up Arrow              Descending - Down Arrow

 

Demo of Sorting on Two Columns - initially sorted on Display Artist and The Beatles are displayed but the A Side Titles are not in order.  By clicking on the A Side Title header while holding the Shift key down will sort that column in addition to the Display Artist column.
