Modify a record's condition in the Condition entry on the Record Detail screen.

oPrint Conditions List - simple, two column printing of all the conditions.

oRecords in <Selected Condition> - displays all the records in this condition.   Only the artist and A side title are displayed in the grid.  The print out shows the artist, both the A or B side titles and the B side artist if different than the A side artist.  Click Back to return to the main Locations screen.

oClose - close the Conditions screen and return to the JukeBox panel.

 

Actions

oAdd a New Condition

oModify <Selected Condition> - after making changes to the condition you can choose to only change the condition name or also update all the records that have the old condition name with the new condition name.  The Modify button is disabled until a change is made and an option has been selected.  Click Cancel to return to the main Conditions screen.

oDelete <Selected Condition> - a screen is displayed listing all the records in this condition.  You have the choice to delete only the condition or delete the condition and all the records in that condition.  The Delete button is disabled until an option has been selected.  Click Cancel to return to the main Conditions screen.

oModify Case - Conditions and Records - change the text for all the conditions in the Conditions list and the condition on all the records in this condition. Options are Capitalize, Proper and Lower Case.
