The Graphics panel on the Record Detail screen allows changes to the title strip background image, the title strip star image, the option to print stars on the title strip and positioning of the stars on the title strip.  Each record can have its own background image.   The default background image can be set on the Preferences | Default Graphics page.

 

The Stars Auto Position uses the Auto Position Star Padding value on the Preferences | Default Graphics page.  Clicking on the Move... labels will move the stars as indicated.  The Widen and Narrow options move both stars away (widen) or toward (narrow) the title strip artist.
