Reports

The Reports screen allows you to print customizable reports of your records inventory.

Use the grid to choose the records to be included in the report.

 

Menu options

 

File menu

oPrint - opens the print preview

oSave the Current Grid Setting - saves any changes made to the Grid Settings

oCreate a New Grid Setting - saves the current setting with a new name

oDelete a Grid Setting - the current grid setting can not be deleted

DeleteReportsGridSetting

 

oOpen Filter Dialog - Filtering topic

oView Saved Reports - load a saved report

oClose - closes the Reports screen

 

Select

oSelect All - selects all the records in the grid

oClear All Selections - clears any selected records in the grid

 

Print Preview Settings

oShow the Margins Bar

oShow the Status Bar

oPrint Page Header

oPrint Page Footer

 

Print Button - opens the print preview
