Subscript is for 2 line titles where the bottom line is supplemental to the song title.  Typically this bottom line will have a smaller font then the first (main) title line.  There are top margin settings for both the top and bottom line on each side.

 

Click on any value to open the Adjustment Panel.

 

Click on a font name, e.g. - "Title (Top) Font" to open the Font Dialog.

 

Quotation marks can be added to the top line.
