The Page Setup screen lets you adjust the paper size and orientation, margins, header and footer text and scaling. The Print button at the bottom left-hand side of the Page Setup screen will open the Windows print dialog.

oSet the paper size and orientation.

 

Margins

oSet the margins for the report.

 

Headers/Footers

 

The headers and footers section have three sections - left, center and right - on the report.  Headers print above the title and footers print below the report items.  Click on the Page Headers and/or Page Footers menu option under the View menu on the Print Preview page to make the header and/or footer visible.  The demo below explains how to enter items to be printed in the header or footer.

 

 

 

Scaling

oChange the size of the report by scaling the size up or down.
